- In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency PlayCrick may offer in-app
purchases, including virtual currency, items, or services ("In-App Purchases"). You acknowledge and agree
that you are fully responsible for managing your In-App Purchases and the amount you spend on In-App
Purchases within the application.
- All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by
law. Prices and availability of In-App Purchases are subject to change without notice. You may only
purchase In-App Purchases from us or our authorized partners through the application and not in any other
way.
- Virtual currency or items may never be redeemed for "real world", goods,
or other items of monetary value from PlayCrick or any other party. You understand that you have no right,
title, interest, or ownership in or to any virtual currency or items appearing or originating in
PlayCrick, or any other attributes associated with your account or stored on PlayCrick's servers.
- Security PlayCrick takes reasonable measures to protect your information
in connection with the application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic
storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Copyright Policy PlayCrick respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do
the same. If you believe that any content on PlayCrick infringes upon your copyright, please provide our
Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an
exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted
works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such
works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing
activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably
sufficient to permit PlayCrick to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit PlayCrick to contact the complaining party, such as an
address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining
party may be contacted.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the
manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that
the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is
allegedly infringed.
